*UniRac Ground Mount System Founded in 1998 with headquarters in Albequerge, New Mexico., the company is managed and operated by several key people: Peter Lorenz (CEO), Mark Zwolak (CFO), Darren Womacks (VP of Operations), and William Trautmann (VP of Sales). In May 2010, The company was acquired by Liechtenstein's Hilti Group. By 2016, Unirac was sold by the Hilti Group to Tenex Capital Management and continues to operate under the Unirac name. During their time in business, Unirac has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001:2004 certification for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and ISO 9001:2008 certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It was the first solar infrastructure company to secure both certifications. |
