Orders typically are delivered within a week depending on stock. If you would like to confirm stock on a particular item you can Contact Us. Some items such as batteries are marked with their estimated lead time in the product description.

LTL freight stands for less than truckload freight. All freight shipments will include call before delivery, and lift-gate services and will deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. Yes, due to manufacturer warranty regulations all solar panels must ship via LTL freight only regardless of quantity. All items marked as "Ships LTL Freight Only cannot ship on ground.

Some locations we ship to have an increased cost for delivery. This fee covers an increased cost in shipping, tax, and/or handling fees that may occur for us.

Currently, we do not offer financing, all orders must be paid for prior to order shipment.

Yes, we offer residential permit design packages which can be found here. We provide the documentation to you and you will need to provide the documentation to your respective counties. Permits take between 1-4 weeks depending on workflow.
